Part 2 of: Should you really, trust your heart?

By reasoning with yourself, you will sooner or later find an answer.

Sometimes not right away.

Sometimes you should let your subconscious take its time.

You should use both brains to your advantage.

To what it was made for.

Just like you shouldn’t just use one side of the brain, almost entirely ignoring the other side.

Neither should you only listen to your heart, you have this amazing computer in your head, use it!

Neurotypical (or normal types) men need to learn how to feel more.

Become more sensitive and in tune with their emotions.

This of course, can be more difficult.

Because society, has a certain stereotypical expectancy, for what a real man is.

And that is, to hide their emotions.

They need to use there intuition more.

A lot of human intuition comes from the heart.

Women usually have good intuition, but they also need to use rational thinking.

They need to rationally, analyse their emotions more.

But like I previously said: it all depends on the individual person regardless of what sex you are.

Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart.

Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.

Carl Jung

That’s why it’s important to study oneself.

Knowing more about yourself, will help you know more about the world around you.

Everything is interconnected.

Your heart can deceive you.

It might help to let your mind run free.

Image-floating might help.

Closing your eyes, and just letting all the images go by.

But it is best not too immediately, start judging your own thoughts.

Just let those images fly by, at that moment.

Later on, you can start questioning, the thoughts you had.

But don’t be, too judgemental though, for the thoughts you had.

Our minds are bombarded with all kinds of information, all day long.

And our body being a representative, of the subconscious mind.

It will also have picked up certain stimuli, throughout the day.

So with that information overload, there will always be, some unsavoury thoughts that seeds your subconscious mind.

If you can, don’t resist the thoughts you’re having.

Once you are done image-floating, you can start to put those images in order.

But don’t get scared or angry with yourself, for having certain thoughts.

Try to meditatively study all those images you were having.

The heart can be very deceptive, it can be two faced.

What you first thought you wanted to have, you would later on realize, that you didn’t want that at all.

But because you were desperate, or influenced by the surroundings, you are finding yourself in.

You started to believe, that it was what you wanted.

You might first have thought you wanted a relationship, with someone.

But once you had a relationship with that person.

You might have realised that wasn’t really what you wanted.

But you were so strongly influenced, by your surroundings.

Observing everyone around you, having relationships with each other.

You became desperate not wanting to lose out.

Seeing only the service level of all those closest to you.

Maybe even been pressured by your peers.

And then later on, once you did get a relationship.

You realized, that it was only the superficial qualities. That had attracted you in the first place.

And perhaps, you were no longer influenced by your friends and family.

Imagine you and your partner moved, to another place and you might have new friends.

With a totally different outlook on life, giving you new perspective and insights.

You have found yourself, new influences.

What are you going to do?

Or for another example: What you first thought to believe was the truth, was a lie in the first place.

For instance, you might have believed, that what your religion taught you, was truth.

But then you realized that there is evidence, logically dissected by the mind.

Rendering your believe system an illusion.

That it was just used by people in power, to oppress you.

Your mind and heart will need to work together.

Instead of just focusing on one side of the equation.

You will need to confront your believe system, and see if the new information, is indeed correct.

Because even though your mind might have logically dissected, certain aspects of your believe system.

One needs to be skeptical, even of their own skepticism.

There is also a mother, infant bonding,

By reason of the electromagnetic wave frequencies.

From the mothers to the infants heart in the womb.

Emotions are extremely powerful, they can completely cloud your way of thinking.

So seeing how powerful emotions are, they can even have a physical impact, on a human being.

The mother’s emotional state, impacts the physical development of her baby’s brain in the womb.

Throughout life, you need to be relaxed and calm in order to learn better.

A lot of us are forced, in to beta brainwaves.

That’s an anxious and analytical state of mind.

But like I said before, you should not ONLY be analytical.

You need to use both hemispheres of the brain.

And that can be accessed, when your brain is getting alpha waves.

And then we can also better access, our emotional state of mind.

In order to develop yourself, intellectually and creatively, you need to develop yourself emotionally.

Because the education system, completely ignores, emotional development and intelligence.

It has a detrimental effect, on the rest of a child’s ability to learn.

Our cognitive functions, are limited by our ability to process emotions.

Stress clouds the mind.

In order to develop higher levels of intelligence, one must first of all have a fully developed emotional cognitive system.

That should be the cornerstone, on which to build our minds.

So we can develop in to higher levels of intelligence.

Because this doesn’t get done in our education, our system is both socially and educationally breaking down.

And it also has an effect on our family lives.

People aren’t able to communicate with each other properly.

That’s why we need to be in tune, with our hearts, energy waves.

Because our hearts electromagnetic waves, pulse beyond our physical bodies.

So our hearts coherence isn’t a vain state, it literally reaches out.

When all of us try to become in sync with each other, we will also be communicating on an unseen energetic level.

So our personal coherence, that is the synchronization of our physical, emotional and mental systems, can benefit each other simply by our presence.

Because at that moment our heart rhythm patterns are more balanced and calm.

Then the stress levels recede and our energy levels increase.

It would also obviously help, if we reach out in a physical, conscious manner.

In that way we don’t ignore the power of our head brain.

Because by using both the heart brain, and the head brain to logically sort everything out, we are not completely blinded by the love frequencies. (Pun Intended)

Yet we also need a bit of fear, to control our relentless drive.

Too sharpen our senses.

As long as our fear doesn’t overwhelm us.

The Solfeggio Frequency 528 HZ, which is also known as the frequency of love, can actually have a physical effect.

It can put us is in a calm state and because of that, we will have a more, clearer way of perceiving things.

It has also been said to heal our DNA.

Whether that’s true, or not, is question two.

You can’t be only logically analyzing, as you would in an anxious beta brainwave state.

You need the Alpha waves to think clearer, and use both sides of the brain.

You also need to use a substantial amount of love, and little bit of healthy fear.

Finding unity between the heart and the brain.
